Hello to all of you lovely readers, and welcome to my new blog, "Pop Uncovered"! You may be wondering who I am and what exactly this is, so I am here to tell you all of that fine stuff.
So the basics about me...my name is Marion and I'm 17 years old. I love all things music; listening, playing and also studying it. I especially love the piano, I've been playing it for over half my life! Soooo I've combined my love for both a good pop tune and the few amazing analytical skills I have acquired over my 9 years of formally learning music to give you Pop Uncovered. I'm planning to nerd out and go into all the details of the hits and see what exactly it is that changes a song from just another pop tune to a charting smash hit.
If you're into that, I'd highly recommend sticking around with me for the next while. If not, you're welcome to stay but I'd imagine you mightn't want to. It's about to get really juicy and interesting folks.
